Privacy Policy

When you submit our enquiry form we collect:

• Your first name
• Your mobile number
• Your Brisbane suburb
• Your final inspection date
• Any notes you choose to share about your job
• Your email address (optional)
• Your IP address and browser user agent, used only for spam prevention and basic analytics
• Timestamps of your form submission and any subsequent SMS messages with us

We collect this information to reply to you by SMS with a fixed quote and available cleaning slots, and to connect you with the local Brisbane bond cleaner we match you with. We do not use your information for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

We share your details with one local service provider in your area after your enquiry is qualified. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not share it with any party beyond that single matched service provider.

Our technology providers (Supabase for storage, TouchSMS for SMS delivery, Vercel for website hosting, Anthropic for our AI reply system) process your data on our behalf under their own privacy and security obligations. They act as our processors, not independent controllers.

We retain your enquiry for 12 months from submission, unless you are actively engaged in a service booking with the matched provider. Inactive records are purged after 12 months. Backup copies are retained for operational recovery purposes only and are not used for any other purpose.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by emailing hello@seqcleaningpros.com.au with the subject line “Data Request”. We respond within 30 days, as required by the Australian Privacy Act. We will verify your identity (usually by matching the mobile number on file) before sending or deleting.

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact us first at hello@seqcleaningpros.com.au. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Our site uses Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics to measure how visitors interact with the page so we can improve it. These services set cookies on your browser. You can manage or disable these via your browser settings. We do not sell any analytics data to third parties.

By submitting our form you consent to us replying to your enquiry by SMS from our dedicated Brisbane service number. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Our SMS provider (TouchSMS) processes STOP replies automatically and removes your number from our list. Opting out will end any active qualification conversation.

Your data is stored in a region-restricted Supabase Postgres database (Sydney, Australia). Access is limited to authorised personnel and our server-side systems. We use TLS encryption for data in transit and platform-provided encryption for data at rest.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
